You won’t believe what inspired me when creating this design!

It was designed for a client who wanted a very bold dramatic effect to set off her elegant wardrobe of classic neutrals.

The delicate beauty of the spring iris as seen in van Gogh’s painting ‘Irises’, inspired these handbag designs.

Our tote bag motifs were inspired by the stained glass patterns created by three innovative icons of the early 20th century… architects and designers Charles Rennie Mackintosh (left) and Frank Lloyd Wright

… and artist and designer Henri Matisse.

These small purses are very versatile!

At 6 x 9 inches, there are many ways to wear them:

• You can add a thin shoulder strap to make an elegant evening bag.
• Or you can attach them to your belt to create a more casual belt bag.
  Voila! A bag you can wear, hands free!
  Perfect for cocktail parties, dinner parties, or any social event!
• Or you can wear them as a small clutch bag.

These small purses are a perfect size!

• The bag is large enough for your cell phone, a few credit cards, keys and lipstick! What else does a girl need?!!!!
• Also, because of their smaller size, I designed these needlepoint bags with bright cotton yarn colours ---- providing a dramatic colour accent to any outfit.
  

‘Bauhaus Boogie Woogie’ Small Purse Design

A riot of colour that goes with everything! Inspired by European textile designs from the 1920’s, this is the most versatile needlepoint bag I own!

This design has also been made into an evening bag with a different range of colours and metallic threads!
